The family room we had was decently sized, which was a relief because you know how kids can be. And the staff. they were friendly enough but seemed kinda scattered, you know? Not the best from my experience.

just had a fab stay at best western thurrock! super comfy room and really clean. the location is amazin, so close to lakeside n bluewater for shoppin. the staff were super chill and helped us a lot. breakfast was decent too, filled us up for the day!

We had a fantastic stay with our five kids, enjoying the nearby Lakeside shopping centre, which was perfect for some retail therapy. The staff were particularly helpful, especially trying to cater to our children's needs during meals.

My children wished there were more kid-friendly activities on-site to keep them entertained.
